Our planning process is very simple and stress free. Our job is to offer the experience from past events and years in the industry to help you maximize your time and keep costs low for your bar services.

1. Inquiry – After gathering some of the basic information we then can send you back a proposal, if you still have questions you can email us or call anytime, after you have agreed with the price will move to the second phase.

2. Planning Your Menu-In this step we are going to start designing your cocktail menu to ensure your bar services are all you hope they will be and your guests have a great selection of drinks.

3. Shopping list- after collecting the list of cocktails you would like to offer at your event, you will receive A customized shopping list for quantities of alcohol, mixers and recommendations for specific stores to find supplies.

4. Final Check in – A this point an Elevate member will send you a final detail summary of your event. You will typically receive this the week before your event to confirm there are no changes to your event.

5. Showtime- We arrive day of your event, we set up the bar, mix up some awesome drinks and take care of your guests while you just enjoy your party/event and celebrate with friends/family/ co-workers!
